Once you finish your Out of Class speaking assignment, you need to complete the following attached pages. The sooner you do your self-evaluation, the better you will remember what you did to prepare, how you felt when you presented, and the feedback you received. Even if you complete your assignments in the first marking period, the grade for it will not be recorded until the second marking period.
On this attached document, the first two pages are for you to complete. The last one needs to be copied and given to two people in your audience who can respond to your presentation. If you did a Speech and Debate tournament, your ballots take the place of the audience evaluation form.
